UNDERSTANDING ALL REFERRAL ISSUES AT A.O.S GROUP OF COMPANIES®

REVISED ON: MONDAY, 13th FEBRUARY 2023

INTRODUCTION

In accordance with the A.O.S 2023 Reviewed Freelance Handbook, this policy manual points out the necessary issues relating to the referral bonuses and percentages which contractual & freelance employees, brand ambassadors and even clients/customers are entitled to when referrals are brought into any of the subsidiary companies.

REFERRAL RIGHTS

As a way of encouraging more publicity and marketing efforts, each client or customer that comes into any of the A.O.S companies, the referring ambassador, existing client/customer, contractual or freelance employee will be entitled to within 5-10% commission depending on the service or product purchased by such candidate/customer.

For the purpose of illustration, A.O.S Group has five (5) major subsidiaries (A.O.S Academy, A.O.S Research Institute, A.O.S Canada IRC, A.O.S MediaTech Agency and A.O.S ePublishing Press) with various products and services emerge from each.

Under the A.O.S Canada IRC subsidiary for instance, a candidate who is referred to the company by a referee and who pays for a service worth ₦50,000 only more or less; the referee will be entitled to 5% which amounts to ₦2,500.

Also, for any of our products and services that costs within ₦250,000 and ₦500,000 or more, the organisation would extend a 7.5% of the client or customer’s fees to the referee as commission.

In a situation where the product or services exceeds the ₦1 million naira range, the referee will be entitled to receive a 10% referral bonus for being instrumental to the sales process.

STATUS OF REFERRALS AND REFEREES

The referral bonus and percentage are only for SIMPLE DIRECT referrals. The referral benefits just a one-time bonus/percentage at the event of referral. No form of multilevel or repeat marketing or even compound referral is allowed.

The only form approved is direct. And the more people referred to the company by a referee, the more a referee earns once first payment has been done by the referred customer/client.

In the event when a candidate is referred to the company but doesn’t purchase a product or pay for a service, no referral bonus/percentage is extended to the referee. A payment must be made to the company via its official payment platforms before a referee is remitted.

All individuals, associations or other bodies who wish to serve as a referee for A.O.S companies would be accorded as a member of the A.O.S PUBLICITY AND MARKETING TEAM. Hence, such individual, association/ body are required to abide with A.O.S PUBLICTY AND MARKETING CODE OF CONDUCT.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM

As a result of the fact that most referrals are spread across the geopolitical zones of the country and beyond, our official social media platform “A.O.S Whatsapp Group” will be the main medium by which communication is made and relevant information is passed.

However, personal chats, calls or even texts may be used from time to time to ease or fasten communication between the referee and the company or in the advent such referee has no access to internet.

Once the Referral Policy has been signed and sent back to the company, the referee will be added up to the official group if s/he wants.

MEETINGS

In order to bring about the best possible publicity and marketing atmosphere that would always promote adherence to the code of conduct, referees are expected to be mostly available for the weekly meetings every Saturday by 5pm online on our official Whatsapp group.

Important issues relating to all referees, bonuses/percentages, challenges and marketing tips will be discussed and if need be, payments will be made during such meetings.
