Quebec Issues 2,573 PR Visa Invitations in Main Skilled Worker Draw Under Arrima PSTQ
On February 23, Quebec’s immigration ministry conducted a large-scale selection round, inviting 2,573 skilled foreign workers to apply for permanent selection under its Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ).
The draw was organized by the province’s immigration authority, Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration (MIFI).
