We value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality digital education, mentorship, and global opportunity services.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be granted for our courses, coaching, travel programs, and digital products.
All purchases made through https://aosacademy.com or our official sales platforms (https://aos.name.ng) are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Because most of our products are digital, personalized, or provide immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
However, we always aim for fairness — and you may be eligible for a partial or conditional refund in certain cases (see below).
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
You did not receive access to your course, book, or program due to a technical issue on our end.
You were charged in error (duplicate payment).
A live session, coaching, or mentorship program was cancelled by us before it began.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@aosacademy.com with proof of payment and a valid reason.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Instant-access digital downloads (e.g., e-books, PDFs, templates, or toolkits).
Online courses or video trainings once the first lesson or module is accessed.
Completed coaching sessions or consultations.
Travel-related programs, visa consultations, or grant submissions once processing has begun.
Change of mind, lack of time, or personal circumstances beyond our control.
All course enrollments and memberships are final once login credentials or access links are provided.
We may, at our discretion, offer credit toward another course if you notify us before completing 20% of the content.
Bookings for one-on-one sessions are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance — otherwise, the session will be marked as completed.
Application or service fees for travel, grant, or visa support are non-refundable once processing has started, since we incur third-party costs immediately.

Your full name
Order number or transaction ID
Date of purchase
Clear explanation of your request
We review all requests within 5–10 business days and will notify you of the decision by email.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:
Permanent ban from A.O.S Abroad / A.O.S Academy services, and
Legal or collection action for false claims.
We encourage you to contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
A.O.S Abroad / A.O.S Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
